This rug was inspired by green cabbages leaves. The contrast of the rich green leaf against the vibrant purple veining reminds me of how beautiful plants and vegetables are. What a great place to find color inspiration (and nutrients!). This tufted cabbage rug is backed with a grey, non-slip felt backing.

Hand-tufted rugs will last longer in low traffic areas. If you opt to put a hand-tufted rug in a high traffic area, that is okay but just understand that like any area rug, it will not last forever. I recommend occasionally vacuuming on a medium setting to fluff the fibers up. I do not recommend having these rugs in an area where food and beverage spills will be common. Again, enjoy as you choose! I like to have my rugs out to be seen and used with the understanding that they will experience some wear and tear.
